World Premiere Join host and wildlife educator Sean Roach on an incredible backyard adventure where you’ll discover some of the amazing bugs that exist right outside your door! Backyard Bugs investigates 16 different types of arthropods and explores a variety of backyard habitats. You’ll be introduced to food webs, decomposition, biodiversity, metamorphosis and more! All sorts of bugs—dragonflies, praying mantises, luna moths, whirligig beetles, hickory horned devils, tarantulas and cockroaches—are fully captured through stunning macro photography in this nature video for all ages. Directed by Oktay Ortabasi.

Discussion with David Adamski, Entomologist, USDA and the Systemic Entomology Laboratory, National Museum of Natural History, follows screening.
