COWS ARE NICE (KOR AR FINA)

Selections from Slow Food on Film

COWS ARE NICE (KOR AR FINA) (Sweden, 2007, 13 min.)

“Small is beautiful” was once a popular slogan; however, it has now acquired a negative connotation and the new slogan has become “the bigger the better.” As a result, small farmers must resort to selling their dairy cows, as they can no longer survive on their small farms. This means milk is then bought from foreign countries. Directed by Stephan Jarl.
