THE AGE OF STUPID (United Kingdom, 2009, 93 min.)

Oscar-nominated Pete Postlethwaite stars as a man living alone in the devastated future world of 2055, looking at old footage from 2008 and asking: why didn’t we stop climate change when we had the chance? Filmed in America, the United Kingdom, India, Nigeria, Iraq, Jordan and the Alps, it explores the state of our planet today and is a cry for change. Directed by Franny Armstrong. Produced by John Battsek.
